Portable power station
BLUETTI AC300 + B300
The BLUETTI AC300 + B300 has 3,072 Wh rated capacity (about 2,480 Wh usable, measured) and a 3,000 W inverter. It can run all 28 of the 120 V household loads we track.
Discontinued in the US: The US store lists every AC300 variant as unavailable and titles them '(Discontinued)', e.g. '(Discontinued)BLUETTI AC300+B300K', '(Discontinued)BLUETTI AC300 Inverter Module Generator'. The AC300+B300 page shows all variants unavailable, and B300 is on BLUETTI's US 'End of Sale' list. BLUETTI's EU discontinued page names the Apex 300 as the replacement for 'AC300/AC500'.

Specs
| Rated capacity | 3,072 Wh[source]Source noteAC300 manual technical specification: 'Capacity 3072-12288Wh (60-240Ah)'. The AC300 is an inverter module with no battery, so the base configuration here is AC300 + 1 x B300 (3,072 Wh); the store variant is 'AC300+B300 | 3000W, 3072Wh Power Kit'. |
|---|---|
| Usable capacity (AC) | 2,480 Wh[source]Source noteGreenCitizen lab table (US 120 V, about 118 VAC) measured 2.48 kWh at a 2,662 W average load (run 4). Its six runs gave 2.48-2.58 kWh at about 1,230-2,663 W. GreenCitizen is a solar retailer; the battery configuration is not stated, but its efficiency figures match 3,072 Wh (one B300). Reviewed.com (AC300 + one B300) measured '84.4% discharge compared to the claimed capacity' with a 1,500 W heater (about 2,593 Wh). The lowest figure is used. |
| Battery chemistry | LiFePO4[source]Source noteManual spec table: 'Battery Type LiFePO4'. |
| AC continuous output | 3,000 W[source]Source noteManual spec table: 'Rated Continuous Power 3000W'; US version '120VAC', 'Rated Output Current 25A'. |
| AC surge output | 6,000 W[source]Source noteManual 9.1.1: 'continuous 3000W Max. power of output in total, and the ability to support surges up to 6000W.' Spec table 'Power of Over-load': '3100W < load < 3750W, 2min; 3750W < load < 4500W, 5s; 4500W < load < 6000W, 500ms'. |
| AC outlets | 7[source]Source noteManual 9.1.1: 'AC300 is equipped with *7 AC(US, JP version)'; diagram 'JP/US Version 7 * 100-120V/20A', one of which is a NEMA TT-30. 'Only the NEMA TT-30 can generate 3000W,30A'; the standard outlets give '2000-2400W,20A'. |
| UPS / EPS switchover | 20 ms[source]Source noteManual FAQ 'What is the UPS switching latency?': '20ms from offline UPS.' |
| Expandable | Yes[source]Source noteManual: the AC300 'supports up to four B300 battery packs connected'. The B300K page FAQ adds that it 'supports connecting with up to 4 B300 / B300K' (and the B500K FAQ allows up to 4 B500K). |
| Max expanded capacity | 12,288 Wh[source]Source noteManual spec table: 'Capacity 3072-12288Wh' (4 x B300). With 4 x B500K the B500K FAQ allows more, but BLUETTI does not state a total. |
| AC charging | 3,000 W[source]Source noteManual spec table: AC input 'Power of Charging 3000W Max'; 'Max. Input Current 30A', 'Preset at 15A, can be changed on screen'. The product description's '5400W Blazing Input Rate' is AC + solar combined. |
| Max solar input | 2,400 W[source]Source noteManual spec table: PV Input 'Max. Power of Input 1200W*2'. Section 8.2.1: 'The AC300+B300 can achieve a combined maximum of 2400W of total solar input.' |
| Cycle life | 3,500+ cycles to 80% capacity[source]Source noteThe cycle life belongs to the B300 battery, not the AC300 inverter. B300 page: '3500+ Cycles to 80% Original Capacity'. |
| Weight | 127.2 lb[source]Source noteSum of two official figures, because the system ships as two modules: AC300 manual 'Net Weight 21.6kg (47.62lbs)' plus B300 page '79.6lbs (36.1kg)'. |
| Warranty | 4 years[source]Source noteUS store product description: '*4 Years Worry-Free Warranty.' |
| Idle draw | Not publishedSource noteNo independent reviewer measurement found (searched 2026-10-19). A BLUETTI community forum user logged about 21.5 W with AC and DC off and about 101.8 W with AC on and no load; that is an anecdotal owner figure and is not used. |

Runtime = 2,480 Wh usable (independently measured) ÷ the appliance's average draw. Fridges and freezers average their daily energy use; everything else counts as running the whole time. "No" means the load exceeds this model's continuous output or surge rating. Methodology.
Recharge with solar
Solar input: 12–150 V, 12 A, up to 2,400 W (Aviation (4-pin)).Manual 8.2: 'CP2 (2nd Charging Port)', 'Charging Method 3: Solar Panels (via 4pin aviation-MC4 cable)'.Manual 8.2.1: 'The AC300+B300 supports two PV inputs.' Both arrive through one 4-pin aviation socket (CP2: Pin1 DC1 PV+, Pin2 DC2 PV+, Pin3 DC1 PV-, Pin4 DC2 PV-) using the supplied 4-pin-aviation-to-MC4 cable. Panels that fit, fastest first, one panel at a time; days use Dallas, TX's sun (5.4 peak hours a day on average, 4.37 in December). Two or more panels charge faster, up to this station's 2,400 W input limit.

Real-world watts = panel rating capped by this input's current limit (× the panel's voltage at max power) and maximum solar input, × 75%. Peak-sun hours to full = rated capacity (3,072 Wh, since charging fills the whole battery) ÷ real-world watts; days = those hours ÷ peak sun hours per day. Sunnier and cloudier cities are on each panel's page; full method in the methodology.

Usable capacity = this station's usable capacity + each battery's independently measured usable capacity, or 80% of its rated capacity where no test exists ("est."). Runtime uses the same formula as everywhere else on the site. Battery specs come from the brand's official pages.
