Can a portable power station run an air fryer?
Yes, 13 of the 15 power stations we track can run an air fryer; the smallest that can is the DJI Power 1000. Expect about 0.5 h (DJI Power 1000) to 1.9 h (Anker SOLIX F3800) on a full charge.

How these runtimes are calculated: runtime = usable capacity ÷ average draw of 1,500 W (the running draw, assumed on the whole time). Usable capacity is an independent test's measured figure, or 80% of rated capacity where none exists, marked "(est.)". A model must also carry the running watts continuously and the startup peak within its surge rating. The same formula applies to every model; see the methodology.

What size do you need?
What size power station do I need for an air fryer?
Look for at least 1,500 W of continuous AC output and 1,500 W of surge. For capacity, an air fryer averages about 1,500 W, so 8 hours needs roughly 15,000 Wh of rated capacity and 24 hours roughly 45,000 Wh, assuming 80% of rated capacity reaches the outlets.
How long will a 1,000 Wh power station run an air fryer?
About 0.5 h for a generic 1,000 Wh unit, if its inverter can handle the 1,500 W startup surge: roughly 800 Wh (80% of rated) reaches the outlets, divided by an average draw of 1,500 W. Measured models of this size vary; see the table above.
Which power station can run an air fryer for a full day?
None of the 15 models we track runs an air fryer for 24 hours on one charge. Plan to recharge (solar or grid) during the day, or add an expansion battery.
